2008
USA – factory of Toyoty (Bodine) in Troy - Missouri State also KAF and LFG in Georgetown – Kentucky State. Supervising and Engineering for new Low pressure line in Casting plant. Investigating a whole project to compare a estimated plan to an actual achievement
2007
TMUK Toyota Manufacturing UK - Casting plant ( Bid Phase 4.0) Removal and installation of new casting machines. From August till mid November our engineers in cooperation with Protec America designed removal projects of two casting lines for Bodine Aluminium – Troy Missouri.
2006
TMIP Toyota Motor Industries Poland Sp. z o.o. - Casting plant ( Bid Phase 2.0) Additional installation of Casting Machines and Equipment. (Bid Phase 1.1) Andon Panels installation in Casting Plant.
2005
TMIP Toyota Motor Industries Poland Sp. z o.o. - Casting plant (Bid Phase 1.0) Casting Machines, Equipment and Fabrication installation in cooperation with Protec Japan and our Client TICO - Toyota Industries Corp.
2004
TMMP Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland Sp. z o.o. - Casting plant ( Bid Phase 1.0) Machine and Equipment installation in cooperation with Protec Japan.

Major projects activities are:

  • Making arrangements with maker,
  • Preparing Bid documents and fabrication drawings, (changing drawings after installation is finished),
  • Executing installation according to the schedule, and making daily reports about installation progress and safety,
  • Installation photo history necessary for further machine maintenance,
  • Making fabrication drawings in AutoCad and cooperation with maker,
  • Informing customer about project completion.
